1. General Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all vehicle rental services provided by Ishimotors Car Rentals.

1.2. By renting a vehicle, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and meet all state and local requirements for vehicle operation.

1.3. These Terms govern all bookings made online, by phone, or in person at any Ishimotors location.

2. Vehicle Use

2.1. Vehicles rented from Ishimotors Car Rentals must be used responsibly and in compliance with traffic laws.

2.2. The vehicle may not be used for:

Racing, towing, or off-road driving

Transporting illegal goods or engaging in unlawful activities

Rideshare or delivery use unless explicitly approved by Ishimotors

2.3. The renter must maintain the vehicle in clean, operable condition and report any damage or mechanical issue immediately.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1. All rental fees are due prior to vehicle pickup unless a written agreement states otherwise.

3.2. Additional fees may apply for:

Late returns

Excessive wear and tear

Fuel shortages or damage beyond normal use

3.3. A security deposit is required for all rentals and will be refunded upon vehicle inspection and satisfactory return.

3.4. All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Ishimotors cancels the reservation.

4. Insurance and Liability

4.1. All renters must provide proof of valid insurance or purchase coverage through Ishimotors Car Rentals.

4.2. Renters are fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle during the rental period.

4.3. Insurance coverage may vary depending on the selected vehicle; additional fees may apply for premium coverage options.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup will receive a full refund.

5.2. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a one-day rental fee.

5.3. Modifications, including rental extensions or vehicle swaps, are subject to availability and approval by Ishimotors.

6. Mileage and Fuel

6.1. Most rentals include unlimited mileage, allowing flexible travel throughout Miami and beyond.

6.2. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup; a refueling fee will apply otherwise.

6.3. Electric or hybrid vehicles must be recharged to the same battery level prior to return.

7. Termination of Agreement

7.1. Ishimotors Car Rentals reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement immediately if:

The vehicle is misused or damaged through negligence.

Payment terms are violated.

The renter breaches any part of these Terms and Conditions.

7.2. Upon termination, the renter must return the vehicle immediately to avoid additional penalties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ishimotors Car Rentals is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from:

Accidents, traffic violations, or third-party negligence.

Mechanical failures beyond routine maintenance.

Personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1. By renting a vehicle, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for rental and verification purposes.

9.2. Ishimotors Car Rentals respects your privacy and will not share or sell your data to third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
